Positives:
Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
One of the ladies at reception was fun.
Being able to play basketball in the courtyard is fun.
Negatives:
Housekeeping is a disaster. The room was not properly cleaned - there were shaved hairs left in the bathroom sink. Room was cleaned on second and fourth day, but then they never came again for the other four days I stayed there. I told reception on the evening of day six that the room wasnt cleaned, and they said theyd have it sorted, but still nobody came! So reception either forgot or holds no power over housekeeping - either way a gross failure!
Breakfast was extremely poor. You could basically only eat dry scrambled eggs and super extra crispy bacon. The menu and quality of food needs vast improvement for a hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Hotel bar is permanently closed. Unbelievable.
The swimming pool was so dirty that we didnt want to walk past it a second time.
Fire pit was covered and was inoperable. So why is it included in the amenities?
