The location is fine as far as accessibility, but not at all "scenic". Did not feel comfortable about safety. The external aspects of the motel are a mess. Clearly they are remodeling but I it looks rather random and peicemeal. The room itself was better; reasonably clean but few amenities. Surprisingly quiet with door closed bespite very loud ambient noise from nearby highway. Breakfast was the expected waffle maker with little else. Staff very pleasant although front desk dude seemed to be occupied with many other duties. Would not recommend.; value for this price in poor.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, loved the pillows. The folks running the property were friendly and responsive. We will stay there on the way home, if we can.

Customer Service was non existent. We were traveling 6+ hours for a softball tournament, that ended up getting canceled due to weather. Put whole team stayed here, and everyone else who DIDNT USE BOOKING, were able to check out early and was refunded for the night not used. Spent over 4 hours on the phone between hotel and booking each telling us it was the others responsibility to refund. Three calls to Booking, three different agents, saying the hotel needed to refund 3 different calls to the hotel, after being told when we checked out early, would not be a problem to leave early, AND have the night not used refunded. The booking agents all say they spoke to the hotel manager, I believe they said his name was Kal (excuse the spelling if it's not correct, it was hard to understand the Booking agents English) we asked for Email from hotel staff who stated it was 3rd parties responsibility, so we could fax it to Booking, and same, asked for Email form booking to fax to hotel, as neither would confirm who was responsible. But rest assured I will NEVER use booking again, nor will I stay at Super 8 again. And whole team is aware of the horrible, service all together we had 7 rooms. And I'll spread the news to the rest of the team, at least 15 that used this 3rd party site, and stayed at same hotel!!

The room itself was very nice, the facilities outside is a different story, stairs and hallways are dirty and poorly maintained
Negatives:
I wasn't able to sleep at all . A little past midnight, some people (about 5) started talking, almost to the point of yelling, laughing and just having a good time right outside the room next to mine. I called the front desk at 1:20 to complain about the noise and it stopped for about 15 minutes, then it stated again. I called for a second time at 2:17 to complain again, and again nothing happened. I thought about confronting these people but I thought of my daughter sleeping on the room next to me, on the opposite side of the noise makers. Finally they got quiet well past 4 AM and my alarm went off at 5:30. When I asked my daughter and her mother about the noise, they also heard the whole thing and weren't able to get a good night sleep.

I liked that we were on the first floor and we could park right in front of our door. It was easily located right off the highway but we didn't hear any highway noise.
Negatives:
Breakfast was minimal but it was to be expected. We went to McDonald's which was next door.
