The TV in my room didn’t work and the staff was unable to help and my room backed up to the highway and it was so loud I couldn’t sleep because of the trucks going up and down the highway all night. Without a TV I had no way of drowning out the noise.

the staff left a lot to be desired, only one towel per person, no tissues nor enough not enough hand towels and wash cloths. Requested room service and did not get any at all.
the lady at the counter said it has been the way since renovation. could not tell there was and renovation and I do construction for a liveing, room 323 needs some work, cracked ties, no plates around pipes and sink took forever to drain. I have stayed at hampton quite often since i retired. but it will be a while before we do again. and we follow our grandkids all thru the USA for the rodeo. Let me know when the service is better and the Hampton Inn standards have returned, Thanks rick harvey 443-909-0711
