Positives: Convenient location

Negatives: I was asked for a “certificate “ for a service dog for the hearing impaired. The counter person asked what the dog did for me… all of which is illegal per ADA. The room and hallways were not clean nor were they in good shape. Holes in the bathroom wall, scotch tape all over the ceiling and dirty stained carpets in the hallway. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience at a Ramada Inn. It is my last. I will not stay at one again.
