I was asked for a “certificate “ for a service dog for the hearing impaired. The counter person asked what the dog did for me… all of which is illegal per ADA.
The room and hallways were not clean nor were they in good shape. Holes in the bathroom wall, scotch tape all over the ceiling and dirty stained carpets in the hallway.
This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience at a Ramada Inn. It is my last. I will not stay at one again.

We could not stay there...
Positives:
First and foremost I wasn't suppose to pay for this stay until I showed up at the property.. at 3 in the after noon. They instead charged my card at 8 in the morning and when they sent a message telling my card payment didn't go through i called and explained that my husband was a work and didn't get off for another hour and that's when the money would be on the card but explained to them that I wasn't suppose to be paying until I got to the property the guy told me I had to pay or my room would be canceled and that it wasn't his problem, I was able to get ahold of my husband and he sent the money so our reservation wasnt canceled. Once we got there and checked it we went to our room and on thr surface it looked clean and smelled clean however once it was time for us to go to bed and pulled back the blankets we were greeted by a large bloodstain on the sheets. The sheets had been washed but that was still not appealing to see and found it gross. The bed was as hard as a rock. The pool and hot tub area were okay clearly not cleaned very well and that was seen when we went down in the morning when they first opened in the morning we walked in and there were wet towels and stuff laying around from the day before. Breakfast was alright. Needless to say I will not be going back and I would recommend if you do, to check everything when you get there.
