Jacuzzi, location, coffee station, front desk are awesome ( Kim was super nice), and the guy who speaks French was very nice and super active during breakfast time. Thank you both.
Negatives:
The cleaning is catastrophic, I got the first room where the kitchen light was not working so the front desk lady changed my room, the first and second rooms both was dirty, dust all over the furniture and on the bathroom corners, no conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, only a bit of shampoo, the dishes were dirty and I found some on the dishwasher, no towels on the pool.
Overall, you need to improve your cleaning service and the pool needs maintenance.

There was a bad stink as soon as the room door was opened and the stink persisted each time we entered the room. The bath tub drain was heavily clogged. Shower head was broken and very uncomfortable spray of water. Could see mold in bathroom. Stained linen sofa bed protector.
