Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. No hot water in shower the first night. Light in bathroom didn’t work the last morning. No maid service was provided. We didn’t need much, just fresh towels and trash emptied, but even that didn’t happen.

Please change the sign from Best Western to Wyndgate. The front desk person explained the charges before I needed to ask.

The scrambled eggs served for breakfast were over cooked and rubbery. A hot cereal for breakfast would be nice. room was not made up daily, but was clean upon arrival. Paid an early check-in fee.

The breakfast food was very limited with nasty eggs. Apple or cranberry juice, yogurt out of a machine, no toppings, sausage patties, scrambled eggish looking item, bread or bagel, make your own waffles, and coffee, no hot chocolate.
The jacuzzi has still not been repaired.
