I had asked for non smoking room. Lots of smoke was there and lots of bed bugs as well. I had asked for to give another room. It they didn’t provide and I moved to another hotel. They didn’t refund or cancel my booking. Ver bad experience. It was also not safe.

Positives:
Morning breakfast was sufficient. Location was easy to get to.

Because I am a smoker, the room was on the 3rd floor, alot of steps to carry my belongings for the week. The inside lobby to get to my room had a narrow dark hallway that was very creepy being I was alone. At times I didn't feel safe, there was a ruckus going on in one of the rooms down from me and apparently it was a woman that is not allowed to stay there but shows up with a man guest. Alot of yelling, cursing and Sounded like the room was torn apart. I did call the front desk and he said he would take care of it. One evening I had the do not disturb placard in the key slot and someone was messing with it. Needless to say I was up for the rest of the night. The wall's are very thin therefore you can hear everything. This establishment is definitely dated and in need of some attention, hard-core cleaning and parking lot repairs. My family is all in hazleton born and raised, I was born there but not raised there. I came up to spend Mother's day because my Mom was recently buried next to my Dad. My family insisted I stay with them but I chose to stay in this establishment not to put them out in any way. To make a long story short, I will stay with my family my next visit or definitely choose a better place to stay for a week. For those who are just passing through, is probably better than long term.

My neighbors in the next room. Slamming the doors and screaming in the middle of the night having sex! They need to be more respectful while people are sleeping at 1am!

Positives:
I was there for 3 nites. The room was never cleaned once by the staff. No new sheets, only 2 bath towels-4 of us stayed in the room. No soap or toilet paper replenishments. I brang my own soap. I had to purchase toilet paper. I had to ask twice for towels.
And my room key card blanked out on the 2nd nite. They had to reset it. This was a first for me.
Other than that, the room was satisfactory and clean upon arival. I slept without noise interuptions.
That is most important.

If the room was cleaned and replenished with necesities.
