the inconvenience of have to go to the best western to check in & out because of help shortage couldn’t find it easily because red roof inn sign was hidden by the enter sign which looked like it was for best western only

musty smell. clear water damage in bathroom and bedroom walls. no bathroom fan for moisture and smell to escape. definitely mold on the room.
no on-site staff had to go to the hotel next door. neighbor had about 7 police cars with K-9 units investigate so possible murder or crime. very scary.
kids hang out outside your bedroom all night and it’s very noisy. would not stay there again or possibly any red roof inns

The location was awesome about 2 miles from my destination

There were many many issues with our room key forcing to walk to the best western building 3xs. And having someone to come and fix the key. The room was extremely small. There was a lack of wash clothes and when I advised the staff at check in (since another guest requested extra towels starting there was not enough) I requested some. I was told there no more but when I return that evening I could pick up some at desk. When I came get them at the desk the second time, all they had was 1 wash clothes and no towels. I came to the desk after midnight.
