The hotel is fine. We have been using this facility for many years. I received a confirmation that the handicapped room Requested was approved by the property but when we arrived there was nothing in the system indicating that. I am currently using a walker due to a back injury. Very very disappointed.

When I got there after driving 5 hours the lady at the front desk said she won’t check me in because her shift was over and the other person had not arrived she did finally come get me from out side and checked me in but it was very off putting when I had nothing to do with her issue

Paid for $100 incidental credit card hold for family member. Later charged $250 for smoking violation. When asked for evidence, was advised it would be sent, when maid returned, but no evidence sent. This evidence should be a matter of record, filed when $250 charge was posted.
