Immediately upon entering our room with were hit with a terrible smell. It lingered throughout the night even after we opened our windows. Our room was not clean and did not feel sanitary. There was dust build up on the lamp shades and table tops. The shower in the bathroom had a yellow ring around the tub, and hairs around the drain. Because of this I refused to shower in there. The floors were absolutely gross. My husband and I took off our shoes, and after walking around in our socks for a couple of minutes-our socks turned black from the dirt. Absolutely disgusting. We were close to leaving in the middle of the night but just decided to stick it out and wait until the morning to leave and make phone calls to customer service. You would think because of the area that it’s in, the place would be at least decent. Most definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I will not be coming back here ever again.

one problem i misplaced my phone on premises. i located after leaving with find my phone, it stated my phone is in room 101. waiting for front desk staff Toron to locate from desk and return to me.

The only thing i liked was the location.

The room was disgusting. It was dirty. Table and room phone had sticky stuff on it. Bathroom shower had soap left on the soap holder. Scum on the sink faucet. Dirt on the bathroom floor. Toilet didnt flush properly.

The room smelled like soiled food, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was stuff on the floor, on the blankets, and there was hair on the blanket like it hadn’t been washed. I slept with every part of my body covered with my own clothes.
