Negatives: The staff was really the worst. I left my Airpods in the room and then realized that I left them in the room. I called the staff in the reservation and they said we would check and get back to you. They didn't get back to me and I called them after that day they said we couldn't reach out to our housekeeping staff and we would ask them at 3 pm. They never called me back and I called them again a couple of times and they never answered me. I have never seen this kind of staff before. I had just one simple question: Did you see my Airpods or not? If not then tell me "No, we haven't found them". It shouldn't take 2 days to figure out and reach out to housekeeping guys.

Positives: I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over the last few years. about a half dozen times over the past few years and I have found the staff to be above and beyond helpful, generous, friendly and focused on making my time there comfortable and easy. it has become the only place I stay when I come to that area two or three times a year.
