As compared to last year in February, 2023...there was a greater selection of breakfast menu items. It was convenient, clean, and food was well prepared, but it has "slipped" as to assortment of breakfast choices this year...perhaps an economy cut-back..
Negatives:
Last year, same Month and dates, it was fine for sleeping comfort. This time, it was a disaster! The pillows were rock hard...and very uncomfortable. The beds were very hard. Woke up after tossing turning at 2:00 a.m...not good.

No hot water in the entire hotel and did not tell us at time of check in.
Found a pair of men underwear in the bathroom and a sealed condom within the covers of the bed. Both are a good indicator that the room was not serviced between guests.

Lost hot water the second night. When I called the front desk to ask about it they said managers told them not to say anything to guests. When I got hot water the NIGHT (not morning), it was the last night of the stay. I went to use the vent in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke.
I was on the 3rd floor and on the front side of the property. The thick curtain did not close as it was secured in the open position. If I could see the parking lot and other rooms, they could surely see me, which made for a lack of sense of privacy.
