The noise from construction was unbearable. We were there two nights with no sleep. There is no noise reduction. Why anyone would put us directly in front of where the construction was ongoing in a hotel that was not fully booked is unbelievable. Clearly no one there has a clue...

I loved the close drive to Longwood Gardens. This was my reason for visiting the area. The drive from the hotel was oly 5 minutes and on back roads. The location was also close to good resturants.
Negatives:
I hated the location next to a noisy car wash. The car wash has bright colored lights and music. It was as if my room was next to a dance club. The car wash vacuum system was on ALL the time and noisy.

The staff had difficulty checking us in. The elevator seemed unsafe, to be honest. The toilet paper roll was falling off the wall. The staff said "Oh, it's still not fixed?"
