Positives: Its location in downtown Lancaster.
Negatives: I booked the hotel because it includes breakfast. I paid more for breakfast but they did not. There should be breakfast even for Monday. I feel being ripped off. The carpet smells mildewy and the blind cords were broken.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty, it smelled horrible except for the lobby where they covered it up with fresh scents. The hallways and the rooms smelled the worst. They smelled musty, old and dirty.

Negatives: The room smelled like cigarettes and you can here the traffic from the street on the 9th floor. Also thought there were going to be breakfast. Very disappointed in room.

Negatives: I did not like that there was a parking fee, especially it being located downtown. Wish they offered free parking to all guests.

Negatives: There was no breakfast and the pool was closed do to a party Friday 4 to 7 and the group tore the pool up and couldn’t go in all weekend and the location is where homeless people are over all the place but that I feel sorry for them people
