Shower was set up wierd. Got totally soaked turning it on and there wasnt a barrier between the shower and the bathroom floor so the floor got wet

The system had an issue with my card payment, but the staff was very helpful in resolving this before my arrival, so my check in went smoothly. All manager and staff were very nice. The front desk worker named Kate was a great help when we had a key-card issue on our last day.

The way they charge the hotel parking each day in a separate charge instead of in one lump sum at the end was confusing.
