I could hear the peoples tv next door literally all night long. The towels had hair on every one of them. There was a dirty wash rag still hanging over the shower curtain. Someone was stomping around at 430am. Some of these things the hotel can’t help like stomping and volume of the tv but absolutely no sleep is terrible.

Price was affordable, Room had working coffee maker and a comfortable bed, Quiet. TV and remote worked up to standards. Checked in late and staff accommodated us.
Negatives:
Key card didn't work at first, had to return to office and get new card. No hot/warm water in evening, cold water only. Warm water returned in morning. Room was dusty and had stains over walls. We got what we paid for.

Positives:
I never entered the room as I did not like the looks of the outside. I left and stayed at another hotel.
Negatives:
I went in and told reception I had a reservation but did not feel safe as the property was dirty and run down looking. Two people sat out front on the curb looked like drug addicts I told him that as well. I left and went to a safer hotel.
