The clerk was polite and seemed pretty nice.

The room was filthy. There were roaches coming out of the sink and dead on the night stand. The towels were stained the sheets were stained. There was hair in the tub along with a visible dirt ring. There were many issues when it came to this motel

Not very clean. Very dirty ac/heat unit, hole in the wall, needs to be fixed. Needs a major update. Looks like some people trashed it Room wasnt in the main section of the hotel. No breakfast, just coffee and it was empty.

The hotel was a total disappointment! It smelled like cat urine. Rooms were in disrepair. There were roaches everywhere. There was a whole in the bathroom door. Coffee maker did not work. I would not suggesting staying there.

WiFi was good. It was near a lot of stores for easy access. Good price for a few nights. Room was big and lots of space to move around.

Lots of roaches and bed bugs in the room and lobby. Had a weird odor in lobby and room. Floor was dirty and not mopped right. Microwave in lobby had a weird odor when I went down to make food. Sheets smelled like pure bleach. The shower didnt stay warm and tub was slippery. Tv remote didnt work for the volume buttons. Light by the sink wasnt working either. Just a bad quality motel all together. Waste of money even though its a cheap place to stay.

Positives:
My favorite thing above anything else was that each room has it's own WiFi router which we promptly unplugged and enjoyed a nice quiet stay without feeling ourselves being fried by that cytotoxic radiation.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't was when I was checking in and he asked if a room with no working bathroom is okay, I said no, we have two kids, we were put in a nice big room with a whole living room area with recliners. There was no breakfast nor coffee.
Positives:
The location was convenient in relation to my travel to the events during my stay in Lancaster. PA.
Negatives:
Toom 113, The roaches in the bathroom, dead, and alive. Room 118, The dead roach in the bed, the dirt throughout the room, bathroom,the hvac system, the smell of dog filled the hall, and the hotel rooms, the leaky bathroom sink, the hole in the mattress.
