Positives: Room was clean, it was fine for a short overnight, but i can't exactly rave. Will say great water pressure in the shower.

Negatives: Tub had rust stains in it from shower head. VERY tight in bathroom trying to close the door. A/C very noisy but it did work.

Positives: The only good thing about this place was the location (super close to Sesame Place), but I would never stay there again.

Negatives: Old and smelly room. Lots of full-time residents, so not really a hotel. People smoking and drinking on the common balcony. Overflowing trash cans by the stairs, wholes on the walls. No front desk after 6pm…

Positives: The Front Desk Was very Helpful and Nice Check in and Check Out Was Great and Easy This Hotel Is Very Close to Sesame Place in Langhorne PA Everything Was Nice and Clean and Neat

Negatives: They Did Not Have Plates and Forks or Spoons and a Water dispenser or fountain They Have a ice Machine Snack Machine and a Drink Machine They did not have a wash machine or dryer for customers to use to wash their own clothes but beside all that it’s a good and great hotel for family vacation

Negatives: Myself and atleast 5 other patrons waited over 20 minutes for an employee to appear at the front desk. When she did appear, she offered no apology or explanation as to why guests were inconvenienced in such a way. When I finally entered my purchased "smoke free" room it reeked of cigarettes. Both bed lamps and the bed side alarm clock were broken as well--none would turn on. When I went to check out the next morning, the person working the front desk did not even notice me until I had to walk and knock on the window of an area without egress. Completely horrible stay, I cannot more adamantly emphasize to never stay here!

Positives: The bed was fine, the bathroom needed to be cleaner and some things fixed. Other than the bathroom everything was just fine and comfortable.

Negatives: The staff was not very good at politeness. There were 4 of us in a tiny little room to check in and then when we got to our room there was only one bed. Had to go back down from the top floor and wait in line again to show that we were supposed to have 2 beds. Check out: the employee never stopped playing with his phone and just said to throw the keys in the box and that was good. Never checked to see if we had any charges or offer a receipt for the stay. Very unhappy with staff friendliness!
