The greetings coming in were friendly. The room was amazing! We booked the two bedroom suite. More than enough room for your kids to play and for you to relax. The pool and hot tub felt great! The area was very clean. The security of the hotel was great. You need your key to use everything, including laundry. The laundry area also stayed clean. The price to do laundry was reasonable. The house keepers were exceptional ! Management is great! There's also a basketball court and an outdoor courtyard with seating so you can bask in the sun. Our family had a great time! Will definitely be staying here again for future visits.
Negatives:
Breakfast ends a bit early (9am) for the area it's in and the time things open around the hotel. Most things didn't open until 11am. Some of the breakfast staff have attitudes, like they don't want to be there to do their jobs.

Sesame place weekend for my family of 4, beautiful hotel! Loved the room! Updated modern and clean! Amenities were great kids loved the pool after a long day of playing. Extra towels and pillows we’re accommodating, breakfast was so nice , make your own fresh waffles and a bunch of different options. My kids were crying to leave!! Already booked another weekend stay! Awsome weekend getaway hope to make this getaway every month or so

Staff wasn't helpful at all, they over charged my card, a month prior , after repeated unsuccessful calls, complaints, emails, etc I made the mistake of complaining to my card services after repeated attempts to contact management and I was assured multiple times I would be refunded and they finally refunded one of the 100 plus dollar erroneous charges and and subsequently put me on a do not rent list, which I didn't find out until I booked again so now I'm fighting to get that resolved.

Bad management, poor communication and leadership.
