Gym not what I was expecting basically one bench and a few light weights. Mirror broken.
Sink plug not working and told staff 3 times and still didn't repair it.
Was billed randomly by hotel for 170 and 99 USD part way through stay yet no record of this and nothing on my account.

Negatives:
Maintenance and upkeep was visibly lacking. The oven door in our suite was rusted, the bedroom doors had obvious patches in them, and the TV in the living room kept turning itself off and on.
