There was a problem with the WiFi. It did not allow me to sign on with my name and room number (like every other HIlton Property). They told me to log on another way with the code Extendedstay, which worked. I also found the speed very slow. The process was annoying.

Positives:
The entry, fireplace, warm friendly, professional staff, easy parking area, easy access on/off highway. Bedroom and bath linens were very nice. The room was very clean and had no odor. It was just a great place to decompress from the drive. Also, breakfast was outstanding!
Negatives:
Nothing. Would have enjoyed staying longer and taking advantage of the pool and other amenities. It was a great place to layover. We traveled during April school vacation week and it seemed like families with children enjoyed staying there as well.

The only criticism is the toilet in our bathroom would not flush properly so it probably looked as if we broke it. Everything in the hotel was pretty to the eye but as people began coming in, random food items did appear on the ground. It was great having all the appliances we had in our room too; exceeded my expectations!
Negatives:
Breakfast anywhere will be a bit subpar and that’s okay. It was free after all which is great in my book! The Wi-Fi was a bit difficult to connect to seeing that you had to open it up in a browser— other than that it worked extremely well!

Negatives:
Door wouldn’t close right from inside. Shower valve wouldn’t shut off completely. Rate charged at check in was $30 more than what I booked online. I was told it was an incidental charge that would be taken off within 48 hours. Hope that is the case. Very disappointed with that procedure!
