Positives:
Nice bathroom. Liked the bathroom fixtures, sliding door, and the shelf for placing toiletries. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment. Computer table was convenient. Couch was spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
The safety lock on the door was jammed. Found a small piece of lunugo hair on the soap dish in the shower. A short strand of hair was found in between the folded hand towel.

There was a room across the hall with very noisy people. When I called the reception somebody came right away. He had to come a second time . Next morning the staff was very nice and apologised and gave us a complimentary night.
All in all very professional and nice even with these difficult circumstances.

The staff were friendly, professional and very accomodating. The location was ideal for our purpose. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the pool, though small was a nice option
Negatives:
Our room though large was very sparsely appointed, it gave us the feeling if being put in a room not normally used, and they threw what ever was available, one king bed, one couch, one chair, two small ottamans and an odd table/dresser.Only one trash can for the entire "suite", no others available upon request?

The hotel location was perfect. We did not take advantage of the breakfast that was on site however, there were plenty of off location places to eat. I will be returning to this location again in the future.
Negatives:
The only drawback that I have with this hotel is that the bathroom sink and tub drains were slow to drain out. This made it difficult to use at times. Outside of that I had no other issues with my stay. I guess that I could say that we didn't have any snow during our stay was a drawback but the hotel doesn't have any control over that so......

Great location. Within a .5 mile from downtown night life. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Everything tasted fresh except the bananas.
Negatives:
Bench/couches in lobby were very uncomfortable for sitting and talking in the evening. Carpet in room made me wish I'd brought slippers. Front desk clerks were efficient, not friendly.
