Positives:
Location good. Clean. Quiet. Close to restaurant.
Negatives:
Control for water flow from bath to shower did not work. No breakfast available. Take away coffee cups do not fit the lids, so impossible to take early morning coffee in the car. Ice maker turned off. Not good value for the price.

Room was big. Had everything we needed.
Negatives:
The first room was dirty and the bed was stripped of the old linens and was just a mattress pad and pillows. The attendants seemed very bored and could care less about being at work. Didn't say sorry just let's see if we have a different room.

The bathroom floor was nasty and had little hairs all over the floor and the room stunk with cigarette smoke. The guy at the front desk switched us to a different room and it was cleaner but the toilet would not stop running.

The hotel was dirty. There were stains on the curtains and bedding. The fridge, stove, floor, lamp, and bathtub edge were all visibly dirty. The bedsheets on one of the beds had sticky spots of what I assume to be detergent. There were several bugs in the room, mainly Japanese beetles and a couple spiders.

The desk personnel tried their best, especially Cassidy but for some reason my credit card would not be accepted. I called credit card company and was told problem was on hotels end. We received a note under our door that if we didnt resolve the problem, we woukd be removed. I left my card, physically, in their hands to resolve the problem. They couldnt figure it out. Incidentally, i could use my card fir gas and dinner. Problem wasnt resolvef until upon checkout they finally called in the manager. It took almost half hour to check out. By the way we were in area

We stayed in a suite and having the extra space was great. The outdoor area looked wonderful although we never really had time to use that space, but offering grills and a pavilion off of the pool would be helpful if coming during warmer months.
