Staff were nice and friendly . Rooms were spacious.
Ac unit is brand new . Room was cool.
Negatives:
First room they gave us the key card would not work so we were given another room. The new room we got smelled very bad, old, and musty ( as were the other rooms . We came as a group). Floors had debris on it . Found a cigarette butt beside the bedside table. Its suppose to be a non smoking room. Definitely no vacuuming was done in this room. Smell was overwhelming evertime we entered our room.
Towels were suppose to be white but it was more like gradient of yellow to off white.
Beds. . . Oh the beds. A group of us stayed in this hotel and some of our beds had blood stains, one had a huge 3ft rip on the comforter. Random yellow stains on the comforters.
For the amount they charge, this places was really off putting. Quality of the place does not match the price.
Swimming pool was open but had dead bugs in it and was all creepy men that just stared at you. We did not swim as water looked unsanitary.
Laundry room for guests was a mess.
This hotel is full on truckers and guest in front of our room saw my kids when we arrived and told us he wakes up at 5am and to keep it quiet. My kids were just standing and wasnt even talking.
Definitely need more house keeping staff that can actually clean the place.

The staff was nice, but the facilities had nothing to like. What they advertise as amenities does not exist.
Negatives:
There was no continental breakfast. The pool was unavailable. The first room had issues so they put us in a second room, that room too also had issues.
If I could have left and gone to another hotel without losing my money paid here, I would have.

The bed bugs we found out was in our room. Room smells like cigarettes and the carpet was stained and kinda dirty. The woman at the desk though was awesome with trying to handle the situation.

Smelled horrible n stains throughout . Shower=hair from previous guest n curtain=filthy. Toilet=cigarette ashes in it-nonsmoking rm. Comforter had blood at the bottom, a cigarette hole in it n dog fir. Inside pool=building=NOT heated!!! It was FREEZING!!!
