Positives:
Good location, clean basic room. Offered a pretty good breakfast. Everything was acceptable, but nothing was truly outstanding. I would say if the price were a little lower it would be a good property for basic accomidations.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was pretty unhelpful. I reserved and paid for a room with two beds and a couch. I was assigned a room with just two beds and no couch for three large men. Desk staff was unwilling to provide the room type I reserved. We wound up with a rol1laway bed jammed into what was a pretty small room.

The breakfast was not ready at 7:00. The only item available was the coffee, but it wasn’t hot enough. Small details in the bathroom tub need to be clean dipper. The water compartment in the coffee machine was really dirty.
