I stay here often. Always excellent service and great facilities.

Stay here often, everything usually great. This trip hot tub was barely lukewarm. Informed desk. They referred to maintenance. Checked later, still same. Told me it was set at 95 degrees! Supposed to be 101-104! Was never fixed during my stay.

Accommodating staff. Our first room was clean but had an unpleasant odor. They found another room for us on the same floor. This room was fine.

Bar could have been open when I arrived at 9pm on a Tuesday night as I would have liked a light meal and a glass (or two) of wine. However, as the hotel was virtually empty, I can understand why it was closed.
Review
The hotel is a little 'tired' and could do with some attention. No plugs in bathroom sink and bath.
