Location was okay. I like the area. I used to live in the area. The young lady that was there when we arrived was wonderful and friendly

Not enough towels or supplies. We had to go ask for what we needed. There was no coffee pot. We left for the day and when we got back housekeeping had not come in to clean the room or make the beds.

Old, unrefurbished building and furnishings. My room smelled like cooked fish and industrial air freshener. No vent in the bathroom. Had to leave the foyer light on all night in order to have electric power in the room overnight. One lamp and the microwave were unplugged when I arrived.

The floor was a little unkept. Cleaned up some water and found out how dirty it was. Plus a little confusion between management and booking.com. Which almost resulted in me losing money. But it was resolved. Thank you.
