-you can’t control the heat (i had to sleep with my coat over the blankets because I was way too cold).

+ private bathroom
+ super friendly staff
+ kept the historic charm without being dusty or tacky
+ wine & cheese social in evenings
Negatives:
Matress was a bit too firm for my taste but still comfortable enough. No major issues, would stay again anytime!

Positives:
All the staff I interacted with were so warm, friendly and helpful, especially Terence and Melisa, she really went above and beyond throughout the stay and is an absolute credit to the business, best customer service I’ve ever had and I also witnessed her interacting with other guests with a matched warmth and willingness to make everyone’s stay special! I would stay here again just for the staff!
