Location was central. The coffee/tea bar was a highlight.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. The room was oddly positioned making it large and small at the same time. The mattress could definitely be replaced.

Central location, low frill budget...
Positives:
The bed was super comfortable, the room was cozy (for a party of 1) and the purified water system was awesome!
Negatives:
Rooms were too close; I could hear everything happen for next-door, which was unnerving at night and in the early morning. Customers were putting their towels on the ground in the halls, which was disgusting and an eye-sore.

The hotel was in a good location.

There wasn't any hot water during my stay there, and so having a shower was painfully cold.
The hotel put on hold the entire amount of the stay (5 nights) on two of my cards, and then charged me on one of them. With the blocked amounts, it was like I had paid for the hotel stay three times, and this caused extensive inconvenience during my travels! They were unresponsive both through Booking messages and email.

My room wasn’t very clean. The work desk was sticky and under the bed I found used tissues (that weren’t mine). Telephone to call reception wasn’t working.
