Negatives:
Staff was not very accommodating. Check in was supposed to be a 3pm. We HAD dinner reservations at 5pm at an exclusive restaurant. We finally got our room at 4:48 which resulted in missing our dinner. No coffee, expresso/cap machine as advertised

The location close to everything was why I chose it. Close walking or short ride.
Negatives:
The views of a roof, and the bathroom toilet was oddly placed And looked like something from an old men's room

This is NOT a 4-Star hotel. Rooms are very cramped, bathrooms are small and poorly arranged. The towels are small and thin. Overall the rooms are like this are found in inexpensive motels.
