Blair was incredibly friendly and helpful at check-in, and each time we passed the front desk he acknowledged us, made us feel welcomed.
The hotel was spotless, plenty of (paid) parking, good food selection in the restaurant at reasonable prices. Walking distance to concert venue.

I liked how close both the Lincoln financial center and Wells Fargo center were close. The property was in a good area and we felt safe and comfortable.

Restaurant was awful. Was told 10 minutes for dinner to be ready. My 3 friends received and ate their dinners and I had to ask 4 members of the wait staff after 45 minutes of waiting to get my meal. When it arrived, no apology for the excessive wait for looked exactly like Kraft macaroni and cheese with a large scallion chopped up in it. Because of time constraints, I asked additional wait staff members for a to go container. The full meal fit in a 12oz round to go container, with much room to spare. I didn’t taste it until it was in the to go container. It was vile. There was no flavor at all, except for the scallions. The macaroni was hard and the cheese sauce was so watered down, it looked like soup. They had the nerve to charge me $15 for something that wasn’t even worth $.99. I threw my “dinner” away as it was inedible. Stay way from the restaurant and their miserable staff.
