Water was leaking all in the lobby!! One worker that's was overwhelmed!!!! 2 Broken remotes for tv in room! And it just look spooky in there

Didnt know hotel was a homeless shelter and apparently had some sort of bed begs because whatever it was ate my son and myself arms and legs up. Towels and 1 pillow wasn't clean it just wasn't what I expected and I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there

Staff and management was friendly and courteous. We appreciate all they did for us. They are trying their hardest to make a rough building run well.

The lighting was awful. The rooms felt dingy. The building feels run down. But for last minute accommodations, we took what we could get. It was at least more comfortable than the airbnb!

I'm contacting corporate for a major complaint

Location was only good thing.
Negatives:
Upon arrival I was told our room was overbooked and we wouldnt have a room. The staff found a room but it wasnt what we booked and it smelled musty and like cigarettes. Luckily we were only there for a short sleep of about 6 hours.
