The rooms are absolutely dirty. The AC unit kept me up all night with loud noises. The AC door was falling off every night. The temperature control was just a disaster. The room was absolutely filthy.

I would never stay at...
Negatives:
There was A major power outage for two to three hours that endangered my health due my CPAP not able to work thus my sleep apnea was dangerous. A complete refund would be appreciated.

The food at the restaurant on the first floor was excellent. I had the best French Dip there. But I did not know why it was so understaffed and we had to wait forever to get serviced.

The reception people were not so friendly and did not react well when we reported issues in our room.

They turned me away after I booked and was confirmed DROVE 45 MINS THERE to be told My booking.com proce wasn't correct and they tried charging me an additional $120 and they DONT EVEN TAKE APPLE PAY !! when I arrived I stood in lobby for 20mins before someone walked in from outside to assist me MIND YOU IT WAS 1AM in the morning

Negatives:
Not very clean underneath that furniture and bed. When I was looking for my phone that fell off the nightstand we found an opened condom package. Oops.

When we got to our room, it was messy and nothing had been cleaned. We got breakfast vouchers for our stay as an apology but the breakfast ended at 9:30am (which we weren't told) so we ended up missing it anyway for the first night. The whole place was run down and didn't look like the photos, and although it was okay once we checked into a cleaned room, we thought it didn't provide value for the money we paid. We had one unfriendly interaction with a staff member.
