Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was clean, comfortable, and bathroom was also very clean. Room temp was also good upon arrival, which was great since we arrived late. Shuttle to the airport was fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and coffee also very good.

When I walked in, there was an instant smell of weed. I complained to the front desk clerk and she try to spray off the scent. I think that the hotel itself needs to be renovated. It is old and rundown. I was afraid to sleep on the bed, the furniture are old. The room was much to be desired.

There was no cream for the coffee. When we left the room and came back, the room was still dirty. No ice keeping clean it. It was horrible. I checked out way early before my time. I couldn't stand one more minute in that room.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Upon checking in, I found that the toilet had no water, making it completely unusable. To make matters worse, there was no warm water for a shower, so I couldn't even take a proper bath. The entire stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. Due to these issues, I had to leave early, cutting my stay short. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. There are much better options out there with basic amenities that actually work.

I normally don't write reviews, but i had to on this one. This was the worst Hampton Inn that i have ever stayed in. For starters I had to switch rooms because the bath tub was "nasty. " 2nd, the room I was moved to had stained carpet, the bathroom door was broke (on rollers and haphazardly installed) and jamming on the floor. The bathtub had a slow drain, so when I showered, the water filled the tub. The lotion despenser was pulled from the wall (before I got there). The one amenity i needed, was not in the room - an ironing board. I asked the front desk and they could not provide one for me And lastly, the desk, dresser, and nightstand was weathered badly. The only reasons I stayed the 2 nights was the cost to find other accommodations and the hassle to move my family. When I return to Philadelphia (and I will), I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HAMPTON INN. This is not the standard I expect from the Hampton Inn. This experience will make me think about returning to any Hampton Inn in the future.

Shower kept getting clogged, staff actually were helpful in trying to sort it, but to no avail, changed rooms but it was also clogging. Room was not the cleanest and had some repairs to be done. Breakfast was good
