The hotel staff was kind.
Negatives:
The room heater didn't work properly and overheated while showing 70F, so I had to turn it off. It was also too noisy. The water in the toilet kept running. The furniture is very old and spoiled by previous usage. They should not charge so much for such services. Room number was 214.

It was the filthiest hotel any of us have ever stayed in . Multiple stains on the carpets in both rooms. What appeared to be blood stains on the drape in one room, bathroom floor filthy with tiles broken and missing against the wall in the other room. Common area chairs stained and filthy. The water leaking from the ceiling above the front desk prevented them from checking us out so we had to leave our hotel keys to get receipts emailed to me, I only got one receipt. Will not stay at a Hampton in again. Not the staffs fault the hotel is in such disrepair. They were doing the best they could with what they had. They were all very nice. My family didn’t even want to sleep in the beds they slept in their clothing on top of the covers.

I didn't like that I had to switch rooms twice because of clogged sinks and bathtubs. The AC/Heater was gross, looked like mold or something was growing on it. The hotel just looked run down and dusty.

My room as absolutely the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. One bed was visibly dirt, hair on the sheet stairs on sheets and comforter. The room had an order and the carpeting was so dirty I wore my shoes while there. The hotel halls smelled of marijuana.

Positives:
Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was clean, comfortable, and bathroom was also very clean. Room temp was also good upon arrival, which was great since we arrived late. Shuttle to the airport was fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and coffee also very good.
