Some of the staff won’t even make eye contact with you and if you asked them anything they’ll say no straight away. But there is good staff in the restaurant in the morning… and very helpful.

Morning staff and morning breakfast fantastic. The evening staff in restaurant was very mediocre. Once we were waited on, took forever and it was not crowded, the pineapple upside down cake was really tasty.

Amazing location to go to the convention center for the Flower Show! Could not have been easier for my elderly parents. Literally across the street, so not a lot of additional walking. The breakfast buffet was terrific and the breakfast room was clean and well staffed and loved the windows. Room was comfortable and clean.

Bathroom shampoo and conditioner were empty. :(

The front desk staff was rude and was unapologetic when our room was not serviced. Would have understood if they had just said they were short handed. Later saw cleaning lady working late. The restaurant staff was wonderful.
