Great breakfast with lots of options and coffee/juice service. Waiter made an individual chocolate milk for my granddaughter with chocolate syrup. Scrambled eggs are usually overdone but were done pperfectly here.

STAFF WAS VERY STANDOFFISH, STAFF WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MYSELF AND COMPANY, STAFF TALKED IN A RUDE TONE WHEN THEY FINALLY DID ADDRESS US, STAFF WAS RUDE CHECKING IN AND OUT!!!! STAFF SNATCHED KEY CARDS ROLLED HIS EYES AND WHEN I WALKED AWAY ASKED FOR MY NAME, DOORMAN WAS RUDE AS WELL.

Contactless check in was fast and convenient.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was not particularly friendly of helpful. Even though parking charges are normal for downtown hotels, I thought the $53 per day parking charge was excessive. No concierge. The restaurant was merely "OK". Overall, the hotel didn't really meet up to typical Hilton standards.
