The parking cost and location is ridiculous. To have people drive onto Columbus for parking is a safety issue.
Bed was comfortable.
filthy. room had a layer of dust on everything. skid mark in the toilet when we entered the room. There was a big toenail clipping next to the bed. pool area had a baby diaper face down on the pool deck. Sauna Disgustingly dirty. Gross.
This hotel is at a great location for walking Philadelphia. Penns Landing is close enough to walk to Historical sites and a many locations for food and beverage.
Our plans had changed and the festival due to covid conditions in Philadelphia was moved to May . I contacted the hotel and they were firm on their policy- they would not allow me to move my reservation to May nor would they allow me to cancel. Be aware.
The staff. Listen the way this works is jammed up. The rooms they use are less than par. Hilton itself needs to bring it's standards back or charge less. You should hire me to stay in the hotels and report what's really going on.
No attention to detail and the one in Chinatown needs outside guards to keep the junkies and con artists at bay.
The cleanest of the hotel.
The use of the elevators were slow.
Location was perfect but because it's next to a destination people go to, it was always packed with drunk and drugged people.
Everything was dirty, wait 20 minutes to check in, no working A/C, phone, coffee maker, and safe wasn't working, sticky stuff on carpet, no one answered phone waited 2 hours for remote control. Fell in bathroom b/c it was slippery, mgmt did nothing!
Location and view.
Had to take 3 separate elevators to get from your car into your room. Long waits for elevators: only 2 out of 4 elevators worked => elevators were packed - not ideal in a pandemic situation. Too much noise from guests, smell of weed everywhere, dirty.
bed was uncomfortable
Location was great. Waterfront, close to Historical sites.
Room was dirty, fecal specs in toilet, urine spatter under seat, t-seat loose, house phone disconnected with crud on it, tissue box down to empty, dirt/spills on floor, not vacuumed. New room somewhat better, dirt on floor, faucet leak, dust.
Where do I begin. I was on phone with one of your reps for over an hour after trying to get a hold of the Hilton.. after all that time just to be told to call the Hilton..:::
Location was nice- view was wonderful
Room was NOT clean. Broken lamp, hair in tub, used shampoo, food in fridge. Bare minimum . Pool was nasty. Hallway rugs in 12th floor dirty and stained. Bartender was very nice. No room service . Overpriced
The location is great.
Overpriced for the room we had. Super noisy.
Seemed an average experience, maybe? Aside from parking prices bring us down, nothing else was terrible. Nothing really stood out positively though. Staff was pleasant, I guess?
-There was no room service -You couldn't pay extra to have early/late checkouts -Our stay was 7 days so parking was 250 but a month pass was 180 and no one told us about that til it was too late... -Housekeeping came whenever it wanted -Room dusty
Pool and location.
Room phone wasnÂ't working. No one ever cane to adjust the heat even after spoke to front desk.
