It is not accessible for people with hearing disabilities even after booking a hearing accessible room. The tv will not allow for the setting of closed captioning. An engineer never came to assess at the request of front desk staff. This is a violation of Americans with Disabilities Act and has gone on for many years as I need to book here due to the location.
