The pool was very nice. Breakfast was decent. The staff was very nice.

This is mostly my fault, but I didn't realize that we would have to pay for parking. When I was booking I saw that parking was available and to me, that meant a lot where we could park, as guests, for free. That was not the case. Again, mostly my fault but it should be more obvious on the listing. Another small thing, the USB charger ports in our room were broken and the door to our room didn't open and close correctly.

I was told that my credit card was declined and that I had to make another reservation, after the third reservation I was told that declined too. Then, while sleeping in 30th Street station I see that the reservation was activated, AFTER I was told all three reservations would be cancelled. Now, I’m out $278 that could be used for groceries and gas to get my family through the week.

The pull out couch was incredibly old and worn out– the mattress pad on it barely covered the springs and it was very uncomfortable for our guest who had to sleep on it.

Staff was great. Room was just as advertised. Breakfast was a nice touch and breakfast staff worked tirelessly and nothing was ever empty. Desk staff was great, everyone was polite and happy. Overall a good experience. This was our second time at this property and we would not hesitate to return to this hotel during our next Philadelphia visit.
