Staff was very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to remember the guests names and needs. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The parking in and out privileges were a bonus and the rate was reasonable for a major City.
Negatives:
Although this has nothing to do with the staff at the Homewood suites who was simply excellent, It would not take much for the Hilton facility immediately next door to the Homewood Suites to have a sign pointing to the Homewood suites. Upon arrival after 1 am and upon seeing the sign with the address that read Hilton and Homewood Suites, we unloaded my elderly parents only to be told that the Homewood Suites was next door. Had the existing sign with a self parking arrow pointing toward the director on the Homewood suites simply had "Homewood Suites" under that arrow, this inconvenience would not have occurred. Clearly we are not the first customers to mention this. Please note, upon turning onto the hotel street (Stout I think), the sign reads Hilton and Homewood Suites making one assume the properties were connected. Thank you.

Stayed for an overnight trip...
Positives:
The atmosphere, the check-in experience, the cleanliness of the room, as well as the view were AMAZING! The amenities really added a special feel as well. I would definitely come here again for personal and business where necessary.
Negatives:
No ice in the ice machine. The people in the room next to me were yelling, arguing, and fussing. Children were screaming too. That was not pleasant on my last day there as I was reflecting on my time there.

Positives:
I really enjoyed the suite style rooms and the option to park in the parking lot for $13 a night. Street parking was not always available so this was extremely convenient.
Negatives:
Unfortunately there was only 1 working elevator when I visited and when I tried to use the working elevator after 4pm I would have to wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes and usually would just take the stairs.
