The staff was very attentive. We had several requests over the four days we were there, and they immediately responded to each one. The room was beautiful and quiet.
Negatives:
The breakfast situation was not good. We did not include breakfast with our room, which was a good thing. Eating breakfast there was not worth the money, but there is a Corner Bakery & Panera Bread within half a mile.
PARKING is a challenge at this Hilton. We did not have a car, so it didn't affect us, but there was very little parking for those people with a car.

The Customer Service rep -Marquisha was EXCELLENT and did the best she could. She was stuck working by herself at the front desk. Once the room was finally ready, it was very nice.

The Customer Service rep -Marquisha was EXCELLENT and did the best she could. She was stuck working by herself at the front desk, apparently one of the dryers went down, and the hotel was short staffed. this meant that many guests, including myself were stuck waiting for my room to be ready -almost 2 hours to be exact as my check in was 4pm and didn't get my room until almost 5:30. The first room given to me was still dirty, so I had to come back down to the lobby. Not the stay I was looking forward to and I was very disappointed and we were still expected to check out at 11:00am!
