Positives: The location was awesome! Lots of places nearby to walk to.

Negatives: Many of the staff weren’t knowledgeable about a lot of the amenities (spa treatments, valet, in room dining) There was also no coffee option available in the room and each day the coffee in the lobby was taken away at different times. Ordering room service seemed to be a challenge as the menu wasn’t up to date. Aldo food arrived cold. Overall it very overpriced for the selection and quality.

Positives: The location is very good, close to a lot places. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Services are pretty good.

Negatives: There is a few things need to improve, the shower head is leaking, I told the front desk; however, it was not fixed during our stay. The lamp in the corner is not lighting also.
