Quiet, non-trendy property is good for resting and sleeping. Bartender and room service are friendly.
Negatives:
Room wasnt ready at 3pm. No effort to find cleaned room. Didnt tell me when room was ready; had to inquire myself. Some furnishings old and stained. Facilities were sub-par for a Meridien - it felt and looked like a 3-star property. Weird location.

There were significant amount of delay during check in it took almost 2.5 hours for us to wait for our rooms, FYI we check in at around 3:30 And got into our room at around 6, Staff kept saying sorry and wait for 30 mins, and another 20mins, went around town a little bit then said another 15mins wait. asked if there were compensation and was said sorry but no, and apologize as they were just lacking supplies, they said to call us for our room but they never did because they were busy as a lot of guest had to wait for their rooms as well
