Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows!
Barely any of the outlets worked in our room! Needs an update in that regard.
The location was. perfect for our sightseeing trip. The building is beautiful and very clean. Best of all, the staff was very responsive and polite.
Location for our purposes
The location and the fact that it was dog friendly
The room was very small and there was no bathtub. We also paid to bring our dog with us and the website had mentioned providing some dog supplies that we did not receive.
The staff was excellent in answering all of my questions and knowledgeable of the history of the hotel.
I had an great experience there was nothing I disliked about the hotel.
The place and the bar downstairs.
The sink in our room was blocked and the water would not go. The elevators were dirty.
The room and views were awesome
The people who hang around the lobby and outside are homeless or high on drugs. Very sketchy. Not going back.
It was super quiet.
Parking was super expensive.
Staff was just simply fabulous.
Clean room . Easily accessible
I was not pleased with Valet service . Employees were moving a bit to fast as well as how fast they were driving the vehicles . It wasnÂ't nascar fast but a little to fast for valet service. Valet seemed like a separate company than hotel
Close to a lot of areas
For the price paid for the room is should not have been label as a luxury room. There really wasnÂ't a view of anything and nothing spectacular to set it apart from a standard room. There were no drinks or food in the mini bar so I had to go out for stu
I booked for one price and then was told my rate changed
Great location less than a block from my local work, with contemporary style in a historic building.
Due to the pandemic, the restaurant and pool were closed. BUT there are many great dining options in the area!
It is a beautiful landmark building. in Philadelphia.
The service was terrible. The front desk woman was rude and unprofessional.
