MY SINK WAS BROKEN, THE WHOLE ROOM WAS STINKING WEED & BLUNTS, THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN BUT DIRTY AF AND AS SOON AS I GET TO THE ROOM AND I SEE THAT MESS I REQUEST TO CHANGE THE ROOM AND THE HOTEL WAS SOLD OUT SO SINCE WAS LATE I COULD NOT GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL DUE TO CHECK IN HOURS.
I REQUESTED TO TALK WITH MANAGER AND THEY TOLD ME MANAGER WAS NOT ON SITE BUT TO LEAVE MY NAME & PHONE NUMBER.
UNTIL TODAY NO ONE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME
I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER.

Advertised a mini fridge, there was none. Non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes when walked in. There were burn marks in the bathroom and broken light fixtures/ peeling bathtub. Honestly grossed out.
