Location was amazing, that’s about it.
Negatives:
It was so dirty, pool had food floating in the water. There was a family swimming in it and water that got splashed out of it made the floor around it so slippery that you had to walk like you are on ice so you wouldn’t slip. Housekeeper def didn’t clean room well, our mini fridge had an old food in it from previous guests. I kind of felt grossed out by staying there.

Positives:
The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the convention center and to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs heat, towel bars, and an exhaust fan.
Negatives:
The breakfast is ordinary. The dinner is worse.The restaurant is no longer a part of the hotel.
Not being able to charge the food snd bar bill to the room was inconvenient.

The location of this hotel...
Positives:
The location was great! We were able to walk to dinner, which you have to go to Amada if you've never been. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar area were nicely decorated and had plenty of seating to just enjoy a drink and hang out. Overall it's a decent hotel.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room and the uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink had hair and debris in it, the faucet was dusty, the floor had debris, etc. It was evident that adequate time was not taken to properly clean the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with back pain and overall stiffness.
