Extremely disappointed - we were told that we would be able to valet our car however when we got there, the parking lot was full and we had to park it ourselves. Then we found that the sheets were soiled and there was no hot water. Housekeeping arrived to change the sheets however the water wasn’t resolved

Great location, clean, friendly staff especially the breakfast folks, nice corner room, good city view, comfortable mattress, refrigerator and microwave was a nice bonus for our two night stay for leftovers.

Sheets were rough weave, although clean. A few lights in room didn’t work, not a big deal.

I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. I would prefer the sink for the bathroom to be inside the bathroom along with the shower and toilet to have complete privacy with taking care of my hygiene. I also would have preferred there to be soap for the kitchen sink.

Kitchen amenities did not match the description. There was microwave but no utensils/kitchenware for using it. Dishwasher and stovetop were claimed but not present in the room. Also it would be nice to have complimentary water, I had to get my own water to use the coffee machine.
