I contacted the facility at 8:30pm to let them know we had an unexpected flight delay and wouldn’t be there until approx 3am. They said they noted it and would expect us then. We arrived & their computer was performing an audit and we had to wait 45 minutes for the staff to be able to check us in. Ugh!

Bad customer service, not clean, air wasn’t working properly, airport shuttle are extremely late, and was there for 4 nights & housekeeping didn’t service our room at all (no trash or dirty towel pickup, sheets not changed, room not serviced, and etc)… I called the front desk several times a day & eventually emailed management but still no one would fix the simple issues or reach back out to me. When I checked out, I received a $100 refund (out of $800) and still no response.
